If we request item(s) to be returned to us, we will send the refund or replacement to your customer after receiving the return.&nbsp;Xdropship are responsible for shipping costs on returns.

How long does a replacement, refund, or return take to process?

Because each product is custom printed, it will only qualify for replacement, return or refund if: (i) the product itself is flawed, (ii) the quality of the printing is poor or (iii) the final product is notably different from the product presented on the order screen.

If your purchase meets the above criteria, your customers can email your store&#39;s connected support address or service@xdropship.com &nbsp;as soon as possible, within 20 days of the delivery date.

What is your replacement & refund policy?

The cost for the product is the basic fee (which is shown on the product page, for example, the basic fee for a women&rsquo;s 50/50 T-shirt is $25) plus a $5 printing fee.

General Fee

Smartphone cases and accessories like mugs, caps and beanies only have a single print area. You can print on several areas of most pieces of clothing, usually on the front, back and sleeves (or even a hood on hoodies). For each print area you personalize; a fixed rate for printing and a design price (if set by the designer) will apply.

Image type that we support

The better quality your image is, the better the results for you. Our platform is your perfect partner to boost your product, obtain great design effect and achieve a good outcome.

We support images in JPEG, PNG, PDF, and Adobe Illustrator (AI) formats. You can create images from a graphics design program, scan in a physical photograph, something you&#39;ve drawn or painted, or upload a digital photograph. These formats will produce great quality products as long as the resolution meets or exceeds our recommendations. We support full transparency for PNG, PDF and AI files. This can be especially useful if you are creating a design with multiple overlapping images such as borders to go around your design, or shapes with non-rectangular edges.

Compatible image type

To ensure your images are the correct size and resolution, we recommend starting with one of our public image album. These images are the correct size and resolution required for great results. Higher resolutions will have even better results.

To maximise the full area on any product, we recommend that you use images that are equal to or larger than the recommended sizes. In the Design Tool, a resolution warning will appear for any images sized larger than the resolution of the image allows.

If the order cannot be synchronized, please check the following questions:

1. If this account has ever succeeded in synchronizing the orders before.

2. If the authorization has been successful on the Xdropship platform.

3. If the SKU agrees with the requirements to be synchronized. If the SKU has already been mapped, check if the mapping is correct or not, ie. if there is a redundant space.

4. If &ldquo;Synchronize the order&rdquo; option has been chosen on Xdropship orders list.

5. Search in the original orders to see if the order has been synchronized.

6. Check if the order has been cancelled by the customer and if the order has already been delivered through the platform (if this happens, the order cannot be synchronized).

7. It takes some time to synchronize the order. Usually, it takes a few minutes to an hour to synchronize; please be patient.

But Xdropship&#39;s prices don&#39;t include applicable taxes or shipping. The difference between the price you charge customers and the price you pay in Xdropship is your profit.&nbsp;So, if Xdropship charges you $10, your sale price is $20, then&nbsp;your profit is $10.
